Public holiday closure

Two-hour cancellation policy
A fee applies without two hours' notice of cancellation. Payment required before your next appointment.
Prescriptions and referrals require an appointment
Please plan ahead to ensure referrals are current and medications last until your next visit.
Saturday surcharge
Saturday appointments incur a $5 additional charge. Bulk billing no longer applies on Saturdays. Concession rates available.
Telehealth eligibility
Medicare rebates require a face-to-face visit within the past 12 months. Private billing applies to all telehealth consultations.
Test results
Phone results 1–5 pm daily. Paper copies at your next in-person appointment. Electronic results can be uploaded to MyHealth Record.
